XGBoost Finetune Training
Train a custom XGBoost model on your protein or DNA sequences. Submit training data (train/test/validation CSVs), select task type (classification/regression/multiclass), and choose an embedding model. The training workflow runs on Modal and produces a finetuned model available for inference via finetune-xgboost.
